Our client is an award winning private healthcare insurance organisation based in modern Central Bristol offices. Due to their continued success they have become one of the most recognisable brand names within the industry offering excellent long term career stability, training and progression potential They are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Administrator for their Intermediary Operations department within the Sales and Marketing division. The purpose of the role is to build effective relationships with key clients and intermediaries through delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support from initial set up of corporate schemes through to the annual renewal of the scheme. Duties include - Manage a portfolio of clients on a day to day basis, delivering 'right first time' service and agreed service standards from initial set-up, renewal, mid-term changes, invoicing, ad hoc reports, research, queries and issues. - Develop strong external and internal relationships to deliver joint results - Maintain regular contact with Clients and Intermediaries proactively identifying ways to continually improve levels of service and finding solutions to deal with any issues raised - Work closely with Client Relationship Supervisor, Intermediary Sales Managers and Key Account Managers and all internal support functions. - Co-ordinate and compile the required information/data to ensure effective scheme management including database management, drafting of contracts & policy brochures, prompt invoicing and collection of premiums, identifying and referring unresolved accounts. - Identify the bespoke servicing arrangements for each scheme and liaise with the appropriate internal support functions to reach understanding and agreement to specific proposals. - Produce, analyse, and provide regular Management Information on the performance of the scheme as required. - Handle complex and technical queries that arise, highlighting to the Client Relationship Supervisor, Intermediary Sales Managers and Key Account Managers cases where the case is under threat. The role requires a high level of accuracy, the ability to problem solve, use your initiative and multi-task - all of which must be demonstrated at interview. Successful candidates will have a strong background within a similar corporate client focused administrative role from within financial services / insurance industry. Excellent communication skills are essential, a good working knowledge of MS Excel is also required along with the ability to proactively manage your own workload. Full training will be given and there will be excellent progression potential from this role. Hours: Mon-Fri 35 hours per week (flexi time) Salary: £16,000 - 16,500 pa (annual Salary review) + annual bonus Other benefits include pension, healthcare, 25 days holiday and life insurance.
