Team Administrator, Aust, North Bristol, £15k + benefits Opportunity available for an experienced Administrator to join one of our financial services clients based in Aust North Bristol (not accessible by public transport, drivers only). Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for providing departmental administration support to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the office. Responsibilities will include managing purchase orders, recording and monitoring holiday and sickness, daily performance statistics, department expenses and stationary, arranging meetings, minute/note taking, managing spreadsheets for the collation of management information and general office management. All applicants must have experience within a similar administrative role, have a good working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages, be able to communicate at all levels, be able to prioritise their own workload and possess a pro-active and self-motivated attitude. Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday Benefits include 22 days holiday, pension, free parking, subsidised social club, free beverages and Friday dress down day.
