Job Description:
Our client is an award winning multi-discipline commercial property and planning consultancy with regional offices throughout the South West and South Wales.

Due to their continued success they are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Administrator to provide support to the case management team within their Asset Recovery Department of their prestigious Bristol office.

Duties will include

- Request account summaries from Accounts department
- Obtain invoices and costs from suppliers
- Reconcile account summary with disbursements
- Draft completion statements
- Monitor/chase outstanding invoices
- Arrange for cheque and transfers to be sent to Bank
- Review accounts for closure
- Instruct the Accounts Department to open new Receivership Bank accounts
- Set up disbursement and time charge spreadsheets for new Receivership accounts in Excel, where appropriate
- Co-ordinate the production and payment of Receivership invoices, maintaining records of expenditure and income
- Assist in the completion of insurance documentation and reports, ensuring adequate cover in place on all Receivership properties
- Assist Case Handlers/Managers with queries from tenants
- Department administration and clerical duties as required


Candidates must have experience within similar account administration role from within a professional environment and be able to demonstrate excellent numeric, organisation and administration skills as well as strong telephone manner and communication skills.

Salary: £18,000-£19,000 pa
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm
