Telephone Sales Advisors, Aust (nr. the Severn Bridge), North Bristol £13-15k basic + uncapped monthly bonus (OTE £18-30k) Would you like to join a rapidly expanding insurance business where hard work and dedication is rewarded with uncapped bonuses and career development? Our client is looking for dynamic and outgoing individuals with a background in telephone based sales and a keenness for exceeding targets. Working in one of their growing and successful sales teams you will be building positive relationships with new and existing customers, promoting products, chasing information, offering quotations and cross selling services. Previous telephone based sales experience essential along with an enthusiastic, target driven personality and excellent communication skills. These roles require individuals with strong commercial awareness to ensure customer needs are met and the business potential maximised. We are recruiting for a number of businesses within the group and need a host of personalities and individuals! Shifts range from 9am to 8pm including some weekends (1 in 4) 37.5 hrs per week.
