Our client is an award winning private healthcare insurance organisation based in modern Central Bristol offices. Due to their continued success and having won various awards over the past few years they have become one of the most recognisable brand names within the industry They are currently looking to recruit a Client Servicing Administrator on an initial 3 month fixed term contract to provide administrative assistance to the Sales and Marketing department Duties will include - Maintain the Broker Database ensuring that all records are accurately updated to reflect any changes made. - Ensure all new supporting Intermediaries are FSA registered and are correctly added to the Broker database. - Make changes to the Broker database as required and advise other support and Group functions where appropriate - Complete the FSA validation process identifying; any intermediaries who are no longer FSA registered; any changes that need to be made and then taking the appropriate action. - To resolve account queries efficiently and assist in the day-to-date running of broker commission accounts. - Accurately file all departmental paperwork. - To communicate effectively with Intermediaries, support and Group colleagues, handling any queries accurately and promptly. Candidates must have experience within a corporate administrative role, ideally from within the financial services / insurance industry. Excellent attention to detail, good analytical skills and ability to pick up new skills quickly are essential. Working knowledge of MS Excel also required. Hours: Mon-Fri 35 hours per week (flexi time) Salary: £15,000 pro rata Other benefits include pension, 25 days holiday pro rata and life assurance.
