Job Description:
Our client is a leading healthcare insurance organisation boasting a modern office in central Bristol and were voted in the 'Times top 100 companies to work' for 5 years in a row. In 2008 they were also voted Best Customer Service and Health Insurance Company of the Year at the Healthcare Insurance awards.

Due to their success they are currently looking to recruit a Client Services Administrator to support the sales and marketing team.

The role will involve a high level of customer service, liaising with insurance brokers and clients taking ownership of queries and following them through to a satisfactory conclusion. Requests will vary from a simple address change to a more complex premium adjustment where full training will be provided.

This is a varied and challenging customer/client focussed role that requires an excellent level of communication and administrative skills whilst offering excellent career progression and training opportunities

Successful candidates will have a background (min 1 year experience) within a corporate customer service/ admin role, preferably from a financial services environment.

Full training will be given and there will be excellent progression potential from this role.

Hours: Mon-Fri 35 hours per week (flexi time)
Salary: £15,000 pa (annual salary review) + annual bonus
