Proposal Manager wanted to support business development team for a highly successful construction business based in Emerson's Green, Bristol. Reporting in to the Regional Business Development Manager you will be coordinating the work of business development teams across 6 South West offices whilst managing two direct reports. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the production of all pre qualification and tender documents for the region. We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the bid management process, with extensive experience working on tender documents, bids and proposals within the construction industry. You will have a natural flair for creative writing, possess strong English language skills and have excellent attention to detail. You will need to be commercially aware, quality orientated and have extensive experience working to strict deadlines. Experience of and the ability to lead and coordinate is essential as is an energetic, motivating and enthusiastic attitude.
