Overview

Our client is a vibrant and award winning charity fundraiser with spacious modern office in central Bristol. Over the past few years they have developed a large portfolio of established International and UK based charities including British Red Cross, WWF, Bernados, Action Aid and many more

Due to their success they require a Senior Fundraising Account Manager to provide superb account management and campaign delivery for key charity clients to ensure successful fundraising campaigns

Role Duties:

Account Management
- Managing designated clients to ensure the effective delivery of campaigns
- Daily liaison and communication with clients to ensure effective and efficient campaign set up, delivery and review.
- Production and publishing of campaign schedules.
- In conjunction with Customer Service Director and MD booking client campaigns into the fundraising centre.
- Liaising with clients on production of Brief and relevant campaign information.
- Production of scripts, fulfilment materials, training notes and data specs in line with client requirements.
- Production and dispatch of campaign contracts in conjunction with the Client Services Director.
- Investigating and responding to Client Complaints and Queries within company's timeframes and procedures.
- Producing campaign review documentation.
- Ensuring every client has a positive interaction at every stage of campaign set up, delivery and review.

Client liaison - Retention
- Maintain close working relationships with clients including making a proactive contribution to the development of our charity client's Telephone Fundraising Strategies.
- Manage Client expectations of campaigns - particularly on targets and projected Return of Investment.
- Monitoring and maximising volumes of campaigns - cross selling follow on campaigns to our charity clients.
- Working with CSD and MD to build upon and maintain the client retention strategy

Candidate requirements

Successful candidates must have experience of or been heavily involved in fundraising for a charitable organisation along with experience of client liaison or account management.
A high standard of communication skills and initiative are also essential plus the ability to build longstanding corporate relationships

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm (Although some flexibility will be required due to the nature of the role)
Salary: £25-30K pa (depending on experience)
