Clinical Services Recruitment Consultant, Long Ashton, Bristol £17-19k basic + uncapped bonus (£6k OTE) Monday to Friday 12.30pm - 9pm (37.5hrs) Our client a well established medical recruitment agency has a new opportunity for two Recruitment Consultants to join a new venture in their Bristol, Long Ashton office. Already well established in the recruitment of locum doctors across their other UK locations they are now looking to set up a new team to manage demand across the UK. Although there will be a need for you to identify new job opportunities in the NHS sector, there is already a huge demand for doctors from clients and you will initially be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, ensuring these requirements are met. * Identifying opportunities and developing new and existing temporary doctor placements from NHS clients * Building and maintaining important business relationships and liaising across all functions of the business * Managing the full recruitment cycle from taking on vacancy and sourcing suitable candidates to forwarding and booking candidates with NHS trusts * Providing a full after-sales service ensuring clients expectations are met * Ensuring all appropriate administration is completed and documentation is obtained from placed candidates to ensure audit success The successful candidate will possess a bright, intelligent and results orientated personality together with excellent communication and telephony skills. In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent rapport building skills and must be driven by reward and success. This role would suit someone looking to develop their career in recruitment, whilst being at the forefront of building a successful desk. * Preferably 12 months recruitment sales experience (any sector) * Previous experience in business and telesales * Self starter and strong team player * Highly motivated, pro-active and energetic * Excellent telephone communication skills * Desirable - previous experience within the healthcare market Please note that this client is based out in Long Ashton.
